A rural trained Family Physician, Esohe also known as Grace, has been a missionary in Honduras for four years. With a passion for evidence-based medicine and unity in the body of Christ, the vision of Harvest Honduras is close to her heart.

Her experiences deepened her love for the Honduran people and their culture, inspiring her passion for service and community care. Chris Meatyard lived in Honduras with his family from 2020 to 2024, serving as a missionary and dedicating his time to drilling water wells and supporting various ministries. His work reflected his deep love for the Honduran people and a commitment to meeting both their physical and spiritual needs. Chris continues to carry his passion for service into all he does.

Dr. Matthew Brackney is dedicated to serving others through his roles as a husband, father, doctor, problem solver, athlete, servant, missionary, and entrepreneur. His commitment to missions has taken him to Kenya and Haiti, with plans for further trips in the future. Dr. Brackney is a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner®, and a nationally Certified Athletic Trainer with a master's degree in Physical Education & Motor Learning from the University of Houston. Additionally, he has served as an assistant athletic trainer for Rice University Athletics and is the team chiropractor for the Houston Sabercats professional rugby club.

Jeanny Brackney hails from El Salvador but has resided in Houston since childhood. She is the eldest of seven siblings. Though degreed in both marketing and accounting, she works in the field of accounting. She is also the wife of Dr. Brackney and a mother of three beautiful children. She has participated in multiple mission trips to the Dominican Republic, where she impacted the lives of children through arts and sports activities.

Heath and Kirstyn have been living in Honduras since 2020. They will serve as interns, mission team coordinators, and communication specialists. They have a heart to expand God’s Kingdom however the opportunity arises. Over the past few years, they have helped serve countless ministries and are young, energetic, and ready to respond to His calling.
